Alfred E. DiLapi, CPA
Mr. DiLapi attended Plattsburgh State University, where he was awarded his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, while also obtaining a minor in Computer Science. Upon graduation, Mr. DiLapi worked for public accounting firms in White Plains, New York where he received extensive auditing and tax experience. Mr. DiLapi founded DiLapi & Co. P.C. in 1993, with the goal of providing quality service and personal attention to a variety of clients. As managing partner of DiLapi & Co. P.C., Mr. DiLapi specializes in accounting and tax planning for high net-worth individuals and closely held companies. Mr. DiLapi also specializes in the representation of individuals and corporations to various taxing authorities and serves as trustee for selected clients. Mr. DiLapi is a member of The New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Society of Accountants.
David DiLapi, CPA
Mr. DiLapi attended the University of Buffalo where he graduated magna cum laude. He was awarded his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in both Accounting and Management Information Systems as well as a minor in Computer Applications. Upon graduation, Mr. DiLapi joined the audit department of KPMG Peat Marwick in Stamford, Connecticut, where he worked on large corporate clients such as Union Carbide and General Electric. Mr. DiLapi then joined a New York tax firm specializing in tax planning for corporations, individuals and estates and trusts. As partner of DiLapi & Co. P.C., Mr. DiLapi specializes in tax planning for high net-worth individuals and closely held companies, as well as estate and trust planning and taxation. Mr. DiLapi is a member of The New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Tax Practitioners. Mr. DiLapi has served on the Board of Directors of Habitat For Humanity of Putnam County, New York Inc. and received the Hometown Heroes Award presented by The Intrepid Museum for his work.
